Accounting Specialist Role

We're seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send invoices on behalf of our agency clients
  • Review and prepare bills for approval and payment
  • Build and deliver accurate financials and other reports
  • Partner with our team to deliver ad hoc reporting to clients
Requirements
  • Extensive, recent bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or Xero
  • Expertise in month-end close, including bank reconciliations, accrual basis journal entries, and initial financial statement review
  • Experience in client service and managing multiple clients and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting strongly preferred
