We are currently in search of motivated and diligent Residential Construction Managers to become integral members of our construction management team. Our Managers are essential in guaranteeing exceptional service to our clients by supervising the building of new homes and executing the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the home construction process, ensuring that all tasks are completed punctually, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with the construction timeline and adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Engage professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and fellow team members.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Adhere to the construction scheduling process with proficiency.
  • Demonstrate a friendly demeanor and a persistent work ethic.
  • Conduct daily site visits to assess quality, monitor timelines, and provide necessary guidance to ensure timely completion of homes in line with our quality benchmarks.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a capacity to effectively manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
