  • Instructional Design: Apply instructional design models to create effective learning experiences. Design assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes. Ensure content is accessible, learning-centered, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Technical Writing: Translate complex information into concise user-friendly content by writing clear instructions and explanations. Structure content logically with consistent use of terminology, adhering to established style guides and templates.
  • Project Management: Collaborate as a learning designer on an AGILE Scrum team. Contribute to story point estimation and sprint planning meetings. Lead small groups and projects. Coordinate multiple projects at once.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize critical thinking skills and independent judgment to resolve complex learning design and technical issues.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between the team's work and project objectives.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and coaching to team members on instructional design best practices.
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and/or learning consultation.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
