Your Responsibilities:

  • System Oversight: Administer and sustain server environments, encompassing both Windows and Linux platforms, to ensure optimal performance and robust security measures.

  • User Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple platforms, ensuring proper resource accessibility for all personnel.

  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior IT personnel on system utilization and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience as an IT Systems Administrator or in a comparable role, with a solid background in managing diverse IT environments.
  • Expertise in administering both Windows and Linux server ecosystems.
  • Experience in managing enterprise software and applications, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of security and compliance best practices, particularly in access control and security updates.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with effective communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, are preferred.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment.
