Bashas' is seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a Cake Artisan, you will be responsible for creating and decorating a variety of bakery products, including cakes, pastries, and breads.

• Design and create visually appealing bakery products, including cakes, cupcakes, and pastries.
• Decorate cakes and other bakery items with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and decorating tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay up-to-date on new products, trends, and techniques in the bakery industry.

• 1 year of experience as a cake decorator or in a related bakery role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
