- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care
- Current Georgia or unencumbered RN license
- 1 year of nursing supervisory experience required
- 2 years of experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required
- Experience working with persons living with dementia
- Experience working overnight shifts
- Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
- Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow RN, LPN, and CNA care partners
- Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred)
- Strong organization and time management skills
