Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Clinic Operations Manager II is tasked with overseeing the daily administrative and technical functions of a medical practice, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. This role requires foresight and strategic planning to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinic personnel in daily operations.
  • Coordinate clinic activities to guarantee quality service and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage employee performance through evaluations and goal-setting.
  • Lead and develop a team, including recruitment, training, and compensation recommendations.
  • Prepare and oversee the clinic budget, incorporating feedback from staff.
  • Participate in the formulation of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director to establish performance objectives.
  • Assist in the execution of long-term strategic plans.
  • Monitor payroll systems for effective time management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Address patient and customer complaints as the primary contact.
  • Act as a liaison with the Central Billing Office.
  • Support multiple providers simultaneously.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications

Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Licensure and Certifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years in practice management or administration.
  • 4 years of supervisory experience required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration practices.
  • Ability to lead staff and manage workflow effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong business and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
PREFERRED Qualifications
  • Associate degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
