Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Clinic Operations Manager II is tasked with overseeing the daily administrative and technical functions of a medical practice, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. This role requires foresight and strategic planning to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise clinic personnel in daily operations.
- Coordinate clinic activities to guarantee quality service and compliance with regulations.
- Manage employee performance through evaluations and goal-setting.
- Lead and develop a team, including recruitment, training, and compensation recommendations.
- Prepare and oversee the clinic budget, incorporating feedback from staff.
- Participate in the formulation of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to establish performance objectives.
- Assist in the execution of long-term strategic plans.
- Monitor payroll systems for effective time management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Address patient and customer complaints as the primary contact.
- Act as a liaison with the Central Billing Office.
- Support multiple providers simultaneously.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 4 years in practice management or administration.
- 4 years of supervisory experience required.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare administration practices.
- Ability to lead staff and manage workflow effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong business and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Associate degree in healthcare or a related field preferred.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
