Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager in estimating, quoting, and overseeing upcoming service contracts.
  • Delegate tasks to Service Technicians based on their skills and qualifications.
  • Actively seek customer feedback and address concerns in a timely manner.
  • Review repair work orders for precision and supervise equipment release.
  • Oversee the service department and maintain effective communication with the team.
  • Address customer complaints and uphold Contamination Control Guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to regularly assess department performance.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of all equipment within the dealership's purview.
  • Comply with safety regulations, company policies, and maintain a professional demeanor.

  • Prioritize customer service and teamwork while embodying company values.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Occasionally oversee subordinate tasks.
  • Organize task delegation and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Train and develop staff in alignment with departmental objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with personnel and offer technical assistance when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, technical school education, or equivalent experience required.
  • Preferred background in heavy machinery, trucks, or engines.
  • Exceptional customer service, computer, and technical skills.
  • Strong communication and time management capabilities.
  • Able to multitask efficiently.
