  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change.
  • Partner with team members to expedite merchandise for sale and display on the sales floor.
  • Perform general housekeeping responsibilities, including store upkeep, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
  • Basic working knowledge of computer applications and the internet.
  • A minimum of 6 months of previous work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service-related skills.
  • Working knowledge of a cash register.
