As a key member of our Ambulatory Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of nurses, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized plans of care
- Lead and manage a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff performance
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services
- Active RN license in the state of Arizona
- 2+ years of experience in ambulatory care nursing
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Tohono O'odham culture and customs
- Certification in Healthcare CPR and AED
- Knowledge of regulatory agencies' documentation requirements
- Experience with electronic medical records
