About the Role

PURE Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating property operations to maximize occupancy levels and property values.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a valid driver's license in KY and preferably a real estate salesperson license in the state of KY. They will possess 2-3 years of experience in single-family residential property management and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all business activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and other relevant regulations.
  • Review and approve invoices, coordinate with property owners to secure necessary funds for payment, and monitor delinquency status of monthly rents.
  • Communicate with maintenance team members, keep abreast of maintenance activities, and maintain records on all aspects of management activity.
  • Conduct market surveys, provide feedback on property pricing, shop competition, and be aware of neighborhood market conditions.
  • Show available properties to prospective tenants, negotiate lease terms, facilitate lease renewal process, and ensure completion of leases is executed properly.
