**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide customer service to all employees, contingent workers, tenants, vendors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Patrol the outside of the Corporate Campus, enforce parking regulations, and conduct regular inspections of campus buildings.
  • Monitor alarms and video cameras, manage physical security access control standards, and permissions for all building badge and key access permissions.
  • Respond to all emergencies and provide medical care to all patients at the Corporate Campus.
  • Assist Human Resources and Employee Relations in matters related to safety and security at the Corporate Campus.
  • Conduct monthly equipment checks and ensure equipment is operational, and initiate repair or replacement of defective equipment.

**Requirements**

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar field.
  • Valid Minnesota driver's license or ability to obtain one.
  • Preferred qualifications include security experience in a corporate, retail, hospital, or college setting, emergency response experience, and certifications in emergency medical response, first aid, CPR, and AED.
