Pest Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team at Aptive Environmental. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of pest control services to our residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and develop effective treatment plans
- Apply pesticides and other treatments as needed to eliminate pest infestations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
