Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to medically fragile children in a home setting
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric care
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
