About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a nurse with our company, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and medical requirements.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the health and well-being of our patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest pediatric care practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies.
