Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work in our state-of-the-art imaging department. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities- Operate CT scanners and other imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
- Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography
- Experience working with CT scanners and other imaging equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
