Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Advanced Recovery Systems LLC. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals struggling with addiction and mental health issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential health risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN in the State of Indiana.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in addiction treatment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
