As a prominent Property Management Company, we manage a variety of multifamily residential communities. Our commitment to delivering exceptional service is reflected in our responsive support and meticulous property management. We are in search of a Groundskeeper who embodies our values of helpfulness and courtesy. Weekend availability is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the Daily/Weekly Checklist as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the grounds, ensuring the removal of debris and maintaining cleanliness in parking areas, curbs, dumpster zones, breezeways, and other communal spaces.
  • Empty waste bins in all outdoor amenities and public access areas on a daily basis.
  • Perform weekly cleaning of breezeways, eliminating dirt, debris, and cobwebs, including scheduled pressure washing of breezeways and staircases.
  • Ensure all groundskeeping tools and equipment are maintained in a clean and functional state.
  • Keep all golf carts clean and in good working order.
  • Assist in managing inventory of equipment and supplies necessary for daily operations, adhering to all EPA and OSHA regulations.
  • Report any safety hazards or deficiencies identified during daily inspections of the grounds.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in groundskeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to safely operate both manual and power tools.
