Rustic Hospitality Specialist

The Rustic Retreat Host is the face of our iconic lodge, setting the tone for our guests' experience from the first interaction. This role requires a customer-centric individual who intuitively anticipates guest needs, goes the extra mile, manages complaints with grace, and finds problem-solving a joy.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with check-in and check-out, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Provide personalized recommendations and book adventures that exceed guest expectations.
- Assign rooms and handle administrative tasks with efficiency.
- Be a one-of-a-kind source of information for guests on various matters, including transportation, activities, and restaurants.
- Deal with reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism, patience, and grace.
- Assist other departments in creating memorable guest experiences.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and complete assigned checklists.
- Streamline inter-departmental communication and follow up promptly.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain high performance standards.
