The Front Desk Supervisor at Spectrum Resorts is responsible for managing the Front Desk team, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and promoting a positive work environment. This key position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to resolve guest complaints and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Front Desk team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement daily activity plans and duty rosters for the Front Desk staff.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in checklists and compliance with resort policies.
  • Coordinate guest arrival and departure information, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
  • Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain open communication channels with other departments to promote efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn property-specific systems.
  • Strong leadership and developmental skills to motivate team members.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior supervisory experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior Front Desk/Reservations experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs. as needed.
