About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Treasury Administrator to oversee our financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive travel and expense (T&E) and purchasing card program. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective controls and minimize financial discrepancies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for all banking and financial tools utilized within the organization.
- Develop and implement a global T&E and purchasing card program.
- Establish and maintain proper controls for the T&E and purchasing card program.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and Accounts Receivable teams to reduce chargebacks, fees, and instances of fraud.
- Process electronic disbursements accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct daily cash positioning and reporting to ensure financial accuracy.
- Address and resolve daily transaction issues promptly.
- All departments within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with banking systems and experience with wire and ACH templates is advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounting Operations and/or Treasury functions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Project management experience is beneficial.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
In accordance with our commitment to transparency, we provide a competitive compensation range for this position. The estimated salary range is $69,000 - $104,000, reflecting our consideration of various non-discriminatory factors such as location, education, experience, and qualifications.
