About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Design/Project Manager to join our team at Trilon Group. As a key member of our Alternative Delivery practice, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams and overseeing the design process for transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Design Management: Support the design process, overseeing and directing technical resources, monitoring project technical aspects, and coordinating with contractors and owners.
  • Project Coordination: Facilitate work planning, oversee pre-award fee development, profitability analysis, cash management, quality management, and risk/change management.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary client liaison, managing project teams to deliver scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering field of practice, with management coursework and/or MBA a plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years of working on Alternative Delivery projects, with 10+ years of successful project/program management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, collaborative approach, strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel as necessary within the United States.
