Cbdc is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional services to individuals with autism spectrum and other developmental disorders.

  • We are a leading provider of behavioral health services, committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
  • The ideal candidate will work one-on-one with clients in a clinic or home setting, implementing programs designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out programs written by supervising BCBAs, ensuring accurate implementation and data collection.
  • Collecting and recording data on client performance toward target behaviors, providing valuable insights for treatment planning.
  • Accurately documenting session events, client behavior, and progress toward goals on session notes.
  • Following ethical guidelines as set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and professional guidelines outlined in Cbdc's employee handbook.
  • Being on time to all sessions and staff meetings, maintaining a high level of professionalism and reliability.
  • Maintaining their own Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and CPR/BLS certifications, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and skills.
  • Passing a 10-year background check, meeting Cbdc's stringent hiring standards.
