Behavior Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one and in groups with children on the autism spectrum, providing ABA services in various settings.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
• Collaborate with our experienced team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Web-enabled device for completing the hiring process and note-taking during sessions.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and critical thinking skills.
