Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Representative to join our client's finance team in St. Hilaire, MN. As a key member of the Grain Division, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business unit's customers and vendors throughout the entire procure-to-pay process.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day support for the business unit's customers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collection of money due, and banking deposits.
- Identify and implement process improvement efficiencies to streamline operations, resolving varied and complex escalated issues related to invoicing, collections, and other financial matters.
- Maintain accurate and complete client files, making recommendations to improve invoicing and collection procedures.
- 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Experience using automated financial and accounting systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
