Job Title: Accounts Payable Representative
Location: Remote Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Representative to join our team at Experis. As an Accounts Payable Representative, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for our business unit customers and vendors throughout the entire procure-to-pay process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and Pay Invoices: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collection of money due, and banking deposits.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Identify and implement process improvement efficiencies to streamline operations and resolve varied and complex escalated issues related to invoicing, collections, and other financial matters.
- Manage Client Files: Maintain accurate and complete client files, and make recommendations to improve invoicing and collection procedures.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively contribute to the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR.
- Education: High School diploma or GED.
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite and experience using automated financial and accounting systems.
