The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and manage vendor performance in our Naval IT projects. As a key member of our team, you will develop, monitor, and analyze trends to support the delivery of highly technical program goals for Enterprise IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee project plans to assist clients in developing innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program and project goals
  • Empower clients through effective communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards
  • Leverage Agile methodologies to lead client engagement sessions in support of development planning and execution
  • Write and deliver executive-level communications and briefings
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in DoD engineering and science management, operations research analysis, or financial and cost analysis
  • Experience with project management, including planning, scheduling, coordinating, and delivering medium to large-scale DoD IT projects or programs
  • Experience with vendor management and oversight, including assessing cost, schedule, and performance
  • Experience developing and monitoring metrics and conducting trend analysis
  • Knowledge of IT technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with supporting Navy IT programs or operations
  • Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service lifecycle or IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 annualized USD.
