**About the Position:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our adoption services team at Spence-Chapin Services to Families and Children. As an Spence-Chapin Adoption Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting adoptive families, conducting home studies, and providing post-placement visits.

The ideal candidate will have experience in child welfare, adoption, and/or social work, with a strong understanding of clinical assessment and case management. A bachelor's or master's degree in social work, with licensure in Arizona, is required.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough home studies and write comprehensive reports for prospective adoptive families.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to adoptive families through regular post-placement visits and reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve departmental goals.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, with licensure in Arizona.
  • Relevant experience in child welfare, adoption, and/or social work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
