Responsibilities- Receive, identify, and prioritize specimens for testing.
- Perform and report laboratory procedures, including quality control and proficiency testing.
- Evaluate patient identification to reduce analytical and post-analytical errors.
- Complete assigned goals and objectives.
- Associate's Degree in a Medical Laboratory Technician program from a CAHEA-accredited institution.
- Preferred: 1 year of hospital or clinic experience.
- Must have one of the following certifications: ASCP or NCA.
- Basic computer literacy.
