Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team at Animal Dermatology Clinic. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
• Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and book appointments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and charts
• Assist with pharmacy and retail sales, as well as marketing implementation
• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working in a public-facing role, preferably in a veterinary hospital or doctor's office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
