Position Overview

Qualified Staffing is actively seeking skilled 3rd Shift Extruder Operators for a manufacturing facility. This role offers full-time employment with the potential for permanent placement.

Compensation: $19-$21 per hour, based on experience

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 11pm to 7am

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently operates machinery to manufacture products
  • Modifies machinery settings to ensure uninterrupted production
  • Conducts both visual and mechanical inspections to guarantee compliance with quality standards
  • Prepares equipment for product or process modifications
  • Reports daily on production metrics, quality assessments, and equipment conditions
  • May take on additional tasks as needed

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of experience in plastic processing, specifically with extruders and fabrication machinery
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs
  • Strong skills in multitasking and problem resolution
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and well-organized
