Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Extrusion Operator to join our team in Covington, OH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating extrusion machines to manufacture blown film, maintaining a high level of safety, quality, and productivity. You will work closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contribute to the success of our manufacturing client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Mono, COEX, and 9L Nylon extrusion machines to manufacture blown film
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Assist Production Supervisor with day-to-day operations
  • Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records
  • Package finished product per customer specifications
  • Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and strong reading comprehension skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks
  • Able to train new team members
