Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership and business partners to analyze, address, and support strategic Human Resources initiatives for the organization.
  • Develop and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the organization.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues, identify training and development needs, and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, conduct workforce analysis, and provide insights to support strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience at an Allegis operating company preferred, relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, diversity and inclusion, performance management, federal and state employment laws.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Strong conflict management skills, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
