Position Overview:

The Food Production Team Member plays a crucial role in our operations by assisting in various departments as directed by the Supervisor, Lead Person, or Manager. This position involves a range of responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of our production processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor or Lead.
  • Maintain the required pace on the production line.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure product quality and safety standards are met.
  • Support other departments as needed under the guidance of Supervisor/Lead/Manager.
  • Adhere to the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and workplace policies.
  • Follow both written and verbal instructions accurately.
  • Strive to meet the expectations of both internal and external customers.
  • Keep the work area organized and clean.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Ability to read and write effectively.
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Capability to follow detailed written or oral instructions.

Work Environment:

Employees in this role may be exposed to extreme cold, wet or humid conditions, and moving mechanical parts. Regular lifting or moving of items up to 40 lbs is required.
