Responsibilities

The Senior Windows Systems Engineer will oversee IT system infrastructure and manage all processes related to these systems. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing support for IT systems, encompassing daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting for all client/server/storage/network devices, as well as mobile devices.
  • Delivering Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem resolution.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field from an accredited institution is required. Alternatively, five (5) years of additional Systems Administrator experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Extensive experience with Windows operating systems is essential.
