As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating business and meeting targets from an assigned territory and interacting with the community to promote our company services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze potential prospects within specific market territories by reviewing past and current marketing data.
- Develop relationships with prospective sources, including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living facilities, to enhance sales growth.
- Create weekly plans that reflect appropriate daily sales calls and maintain accurate account lists for all prospective referral sources.
- Meet and/or exceed sales targets for growth and attend community strategic meetings within prospective territories.
- Develop focus-driven marketing strategies with the Sales Manager on a weekly basis and maintain market awareness and communicate updates effectively.
Requirements:
- Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and problem-solving.
- Exhibits organizational skills, professional appearance, behavior, and a service attitude towards the community and others.
- Promotes an attitude of gratitude, team spirit, and flexibility regarding working hours.
- Has excellent written and oral skills and embodies an entrepreneurial, creative spirit and attitude.
- Requires a valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance and the ability to travel within and out of geographic territories as needed.
