We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a CRT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pulmonary care to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients in a critical, non-critical, and chronically ill setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical and diagnostic respiratory therapy procedures in all areas of the hospital, including emergency response, airway management, and ventilator management.
- Perform patient assessments and institute respiratory care plans, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Participate in CAP and JC surveys, and maintain a clean and stocked environment for equipment and supplies.
- Function as Shift Leader or Team Leader, and may perform advanced practice skills, including therapeutic gas management, pulmonary function testing, and bronchoscopy assist.
- RCP License in the state of employment required.
- BLS required.
- CRT through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) required.
- ACLS required.
6AM - 6PM 12 HR Shift
Work Type:Per Diem As Needed
