Job Location: De Pere & Green Bay, WI
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Shifts Available: 1st shift (6am - 2pm), 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm), and 3rd shift (10pm - 6am); 12-hour shifts
Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Benefits Include: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Referral Bonus
Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust machinery for various processes including rewinding, slitting, and packaging.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure efficiency standards are met.
- Package products according to specified guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Demonstrate effective communication and adaptability to changing work conditions.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, as well as bend, lift, and twist as required.
- Mechanical aptitude is preferred but not mandatory.
