About the Role:
The Direct Support Professional is a key member of our team, responsible for providing support and supervision to individuals with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities and Behavioral health histories.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support to individuals in accordance with their person-centered ISP
- Administer medication and assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation, and hygiene as needed
- Support consumers in community integration activities and access to community resources, including medical appointments and social security access
- Complete required documentation and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor
