About the Opportunity

At Hallmark US Springboard, we are looking for a talented and dedicated Part Time Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, utilize your organizational skills, and establish relationships with retailers and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to create engaging displays, restock, and maintain the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
  • Develop strong relationships with store employees, management, and customers through professional and courteous interactions.
  • Support seasonal resets and installations as needed, which may include evenings or weekends.
  • Work collaboratively with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.
Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency, with frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion.

Requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be able to read, write, and understand English.
  • You must have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • You must be able to operate hand-held technology provided to open and read documents and interpret information.
  • You must have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
  • You must have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $13.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on your shift and location. This is a Part-Time position with a variable schedule during the work week, with weekly hours ranging from 12 - 16 hours per week. You will be required to work additional days and extended hours during major holidays, which may include weekends.
