Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Productivity: Achieve and exceed daily sales goals, maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with the Store Manager to manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing returns.
  • Team Support: Assist the Store Manager in training and developing team members, including providing feedback and coaching.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software.
