Job Title: Field Technician

Blain's Farm & Fleet is seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing fixtures at our retail stores and distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and repair fixtures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Work with store managers, merchant group, marketing, and Engineering on scheduling of work
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to achieve Blain's organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of activities done in the field on job sites
  • Install all types of signage within the stores
  • Assist Facilities as assigned and demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and Safety policies and/or procedures
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to understand basic construction terminology
  • Basic knowledge of knowing how things go together
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
