Job Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young adults? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Arvada, CO.

This position offers you the opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, providing speech and language services to students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Implement speech therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create holistic intervention plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for speech and language goals.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLP) or an Associate's degree in an SLPA program.
  • Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology or certification as an SLPA.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
