Infosys is seeking a skilled Senior Pega Developer to join their consulting team. As a key player, you will help discover and define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology are required. This position requires relocation or travel. All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in in-depth hands-on application development experience in Pega PRPC v7.x/V8.x and Pega frameworks. Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes is also required. Pega Decisioning experience is an added advantage. Excellent object-oriented analysis and design skills and system integration skills are necessary. Pega certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) certification is preferred. Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management) is required. Experience in working on various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors, etc. is necessary. Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design is required. Implementing best practices in PEGA architecture/design/coding is essential. Ability to work and communicate effectively with program management is necessary. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience and desire to work in a Global offshore/onshore model are necessary. Exposure to Pega Implementation Methodology/Agile development is required. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel are necessary.

This role may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
