Key Responsibilities

As a full-time Retail Sales Representative at Verizon, you will have the chance to shape your career within our retail environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving retail sales by leveraging your enthusiasm for innovative technology and outstanding customer service to meet client needs.

  • Supporting nearby Verizon locations as required by business demands.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $43,000 to $56,000 annually, which includes base pay and team-based commissions, along with opportunities for individual incentives. Benefits commence on your first day and include health and wellness programs, a 401(k) match of up to 6%, stock awards, over four weeks of paid time off, discounts on Verizon products and services, parental leave, tuition assistance of up to $8,000 per year, and additional incentives.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A readiness to take on extra shifts during peak seasons.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • An associate's degree.
  • Experience in customer service or retail sales.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers to provide solutions.
