Job Summary:

The Starbucks Barista is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items to guests.
  • Provide personalized service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
