We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package for our Trauma Nursing Coordinator, including an estimated annual salary of $95,000 - $125,000, based on experience and qualifications. This is a Monday - Friday, full-time position with option of 4 - 10 hour days (based on scheduling) or 5 - 8 hour days.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performance improvement processes, coordinating the development and implementation of center projects/programs, and monitoring compliance with accrediting agencies. They will also contribute to clinical research and serve as a resource/consultant.

Requirements:
  • BSN or higher is required
  • MSN preferred
  • NC RN licensure required
  • More than 4 years of prior experience of trauma related nursing is required
