Job Title: HP Indigo Digital Press Operator

At Hudson Printing Co, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the HP Digital Press, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up jobs according to job tickets and product specifications, including pre-flight checks and color adjustments.
  • Operate the digital press to produce high-quality prints, minimizing waste and maintaining press efficiency.
  • Requisition supplies, including inks, coatings, and machine parts, as needed.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the press and related equipment, performing preventative maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Experience operating a digital press and/or minimum 2 years web and/or offset experience, required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret internal and external communications, as well as perform job duties effectively.
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and computer prepress/preflight knowledge, preferred.
