Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing the core software for our internal and customer-facing services. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the future of our sound intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient software architecture for our services, ensuring compliance with edge best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Product Design, Embedded Systems, AI/ML/Data Science, and other teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Test and document your work to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of our engineering team's best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in ReactJS, NodeJS, Google Vue, and programming with CS training. Familiarity with Typescript or npm is desirable.
  • Proficient in back-end programming in Python, preferably with FastAPI, Alembic, PostgresSQL, Pytorch/Tensorflow, and audio processing experience.
  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is desirable.
  • Recent participation in software development and deployment on a Tier 1 cloud service provider, IoT applications, machine learning, or embedded systems.
  • Experience with wireless networking protocols, systems, and optimizing signal strength/coverage via wifi, PoE, cellular, LoRa, etc.
  • Excited about working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
