Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily nursing services to assigned residents in a caring and compassionate manner.
  • Deliver meals and perform feeding assistance to residents, ensuring their hydration and nutritional needs are met.
  • Make regular rounds to provide responsive care and service to residents.
  • Turn or adjust patients in bed to prevent bedsores and discomfort.
  • Monitor vitals and patient behavior, reporting observations to the nursing and medical staff.
  • Assist residents with showers or baths, providing proper skin care and reporting any skin breakdown or pressure areas.
  • Possess reliable transportation and be punctual for assigned shifts.
